Currently ticket appointments can be created automatically when a ticket is created via calendar management. In calendar management exist the option to filter tickets which creates an appointment and to set Start and end date of the appointment. It would be helpful to get the option to assign the Resource ("Team" and "Agent") for the appointment. Example: calendar for vacation planning Agents request vacation over an ticket in OTRS. The tickets automatically creates an appointment in the resource calendar. Currently, the resource for each application must be allocated by hand. It would be practical if it was assigned to a resource via calendar management per rule. It would be sufficient if this could be hard-coded for the team per rule. For the agent the owner or responsible from the "parent ticket" should be select-able. If resource doesn't exist than appointments remains unassigned.
