Save all attachments in an article in one step

If you have several attachments in one article you would like to save them in one step or click. Today there is no option to save them with one click. So my suggestion is to add a button right after all listed attachments like 'download all' or something like this, to save all attachment at once.

I'm looking for a way to delete attachments from existing tickets that have been sent accidentally to us. Especially with the GDPR, the customers are more sensible regarding this topic. Currently the only way is to delete the whole ticket, in this process the whole communication between the supplier / customer would be lost, too.

OTRS ITSM Change Management:

Workorder Agent should be able to add an attachment to his report from the workorder.


Changebuilder will attach a checklist for the workorder agent (e.g. PDF-File), which will be processed and filled out by the agent. The agent attaches the completed Checklist to the report in the workorder.

attach file to email - disposition as option in the SysConfig

In the file /Kernel/System/ the disposition for e-mail attachments is set on 'inline' (line 460).

In my system I have changed this in 'attachment'.

It was nice, when in the future this option can be set in the SysConfig.

Import attached iCal or Outlook-Date files

It would be great to be able to import iCal or Outlook-Date files from attachments to one of the calendars in OTRS or at least to show the content in a human readable way.

Customers send their invitation to remote sessions often via Outlook, WebEx, Skype aso. as email with a ics file or a file-3 as attachment. To open and read those files, you need to download it and open it in a related outlook-like client.... more »
