Allow to search tickets that were created by date and hour.

Use case: I want to see all tickets that were created outside of business hours


The statistics and ticket search tool currently only allow to query for the create_time attribute by date and not by date and hour.


Please add the functionality to also limit these reports/searches by time of day.

List Reports for Config Items

It would be great if OTRS Reports Module could generate "Dynamic List" kind reports. Today it is not possible.

Another alternative way to get lists of CIs is that the Search functionality in the CMDB could use a Multiple Selection Field, to be able to perform searches over several CI classes at once.
