I would love to transfer the existing documentation into a wiki where the community has the chance to contribute to it
would it be likely to have a way to fall back to the personal login after a switch to a user instead of logoff and logon again
To create a 2 factor token, currently a software of a third party would be required. In my opinion, it would be more user-friendly to have a button in OTRS user 's preferences window, which would generate such a 2 factor token.
It would be greate if there would be a possibility to switch back to admin after a "Switch to Agent" or a "Switch to Customer"
Currently i only see a way to template an Email-ticket to one end user using PreSelectedCustomerUser.
It would be very beneficial if we could assign 2 or more email's to the "To" field and/or "Cc" field from a template.
Currently can't populate the Cc filed at all in otrs 3.1.4.
So we use Dynamic Field to add customerUser information to tickets and we wont loose the connection.
By using a dynamic Field type customer there should be a configuration possibility to show all issues where the field is filled in the customerUser information center.
