It would be very helpful if the OTRS app for the iPhone was compatible with the notification center in iOS7. The app does not show up in the notification center and from what I can tell it does not send notifications for new tickets. I apologize if this does exist and I'm missing something.

It would sure be nice if OTRS would run in full-screen iPad native mode, rather than the fudged-together iPhone compatibility mode.
How can I get this request to the iPhone development team? The OTRS iPhone app missing possibly the most needed function: To locate a specific ticket by ticket number orr by client. There is no search functionality at all currently.

I would be nice to be able to click on addresses, phone numbers, or hyperlinks and have them open the appropriate application. I especially think this is usefull for navigating to different address and uding google maps.
I would like to be able to link my recent calls to a ticket, that way i dont have to look up the credentials to add them to manually.
In the iPhone app I'd like to see two new buttons to select the previous and next article in a ticket. Visually I'm thinking of the up and down buttons you have in the Apple iOS Mail.app when you read an email.
