Import/Export Ticket thread

It would be very useful the possibility of export/import a entire ticket thread in a form of archive file that is suitable to transport to another (or the same) OTRS installation to have a sort of consolidated backup of tickets. And also for the other OTRS job. Obviously there should be problem regarding objects ticket inhereditate... like SLA, Service, Customer and so on.... Statistic CSV export: SUM inside 2nd row

When you do a statistic like the number of tickets last 12 months per queue. It would be nice to have the SUM data directly as 2nd row inside the table (instead of the last one). In such a case you can directly see that there are "0" tickets in that queue at all - without the need to scroll to the very right side of the table.

Freedom for Im- and Export

I suggest to extend the functionalities for the lovely ImportExport package. The package is available in ITSM only but should be freed to the Standard OTRS as well. The package should be extendable by any package installed to make data (and setting maybe also) im- and exportable like it is working with the CMDB.
