Import attached iCal or Outlook-Date files

It would be great to be able to import iCal or Outlook-Date files from attachments to one of the calendars in OTRS or at least to show the content in a human readable way. Background: Customers send their invitation to remote sessions often via Outlook, WebEx, Skype aso. as email with a ics file or a file-3 as attachment. To open and read those files, you need to download it and open it in a related outlook-like client.... more »

German version below: I'm looking for a way to delete attachments from existing tickets that have been sent accidentally to us. Especially with the GDPR, the customers are more sensible regarding this topic. msg attachment

When you send an (outlook) email into OTRS containing an other email as attachment (.msg) and this email does contain other attachments (pdf for example). The pdf attachment as attached to the ticket article in a good manner (proper name like "example.pdf") - unfortunately the .msg file is not added as msg attachment (like subject.msg) with the name of the file, but just as "file-1". Save all attachments in an article in one step

If you have several attachments in one article you would like to save them in one step or click. Today there is no option to save them with one click. So my suggestion is to add a button right after all listed attachments like 'download all' or something like this, to save all attachment at once.
