I suggest to add a comment field for the admin screen "Change Role Relations for Group G_XYZ". Within this comment field you can put some notes and explain why you have checked dedicated boxes. This will make it easier later on to understand the settings.
I suggest to include a comment field for postmaster filters, so that you can add some comments about the purpose of the filter (who created, why created, what is it doing, etc.)
I think it would be nice if it would be possible to add a comment when linking an object like another ticket or an CI to a ticket. For example if you link a ticket to the current ticket you could describe what relationship the to tickets have or the context in which the ticket was linked.
