It would be nice if third-party developers will have a possibility to share their opm packages with others. Old OPAR portal (https://opar.perl-services.de/static/team) has outdated look'n'feel and looks like a semi-dead resource.

Is it possible to transfer the agent-unread-star to the customer-frontend?
I suggest to extend the current OTRS(::ITSM) Customer Portal with a shop system like functionality. The customer can select multiple items to buy/request/complain/report like "AD User Account", "Mailbox", "New Laptop", "New Shoes", "On-Site Service", etc. which would then create a ticket with links to offered/available/assigned CIs, Services, SLA, etc. but as much transparent as needed to the customer. I suggest to make Ticket FreeTextFields accessable via Customer Portal (either in the NewTicket view or (better(!)) as a form/questionaire)
